Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear
is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness,
that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?
Actually who are we not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people
won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine as children do.
We were born to make manifest
the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And when we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

Two Days

Hello, all you crazy people out there! How are ya? Well, since you can't really talk directly to me, I'll just ignore my previous statement.
On to other things. My friend Tiffany, aka Elva, says hi. My day has been very basic. I get up, find a list of billions (exageration) of things to clean. I get dressed, fix my hair, an do makeup. I then procede to clean what had to be cleaned, after which I went down to the library. I got the book, The Seven Churches, by Chris Heimerdinger. It's about time travel. Anyways, I thereafter went to my moms' hair shop. I sat there for a couple hours.
I went to my dad's school and met up with a couple of friends. The one left and went home. The other, Elva, and I went to her house. We are now at my house typing up this update for my blog.
Tomarrow we are going to my uncle's farm to do branding. We brand once a year and this is the first time that I have been able to invite a friend. We will be hot, sunburnt, and filthy. Sounds like fun, eh?
